Noah

Nestled in the rolling Judean Hills in Qiryat Arba, overlooking the holy Jewish shrine of Marat HaMachpelah (the Tomb of the Patriarchs) sits the newly constructed Noah Winery. The Noah Winery is the brainchild and inspiration of a group of dedicated and committed French Jewish immigrants to Israel - to bring kosher winemaking back to the original site of Jewish habitation in the Land of Israel. We are proud to offer a dazzling array of superb wines from the Noah Winery. Noah wines feature the natural world - the wildlife of ancient Israel is celebrated on the front labels of the Noah wines. There are a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Merlot and a Cabernet-Merlot blend of 60 percent Cab and 40 percent Merlot. All grapes for these wines come from the Judean Hills around Jerusalem and each of these wines have been barrel aged for 12 months in new French Oak. All three are Mevushal, O-U Certified and also under the supervision of the Badatz of Yoreh Deiah and the Rabbinate of Qiryat Arba and Hevron. The grapes for these wines have benefited from the warm sun of the Judean Mountains and the cool gentle breezes coming from the Mediterranean, allowing the fruit to reach its full potential. Look for ripe, concentrated fruit flavours with hints of berries, cherries and plums. Enjoy with roasted meats and poultry.
