This elegant Merlot is blended to capture the complexity and balance of a young wine. It offers a rich texture and oak flavours. The bouquet displays lush layers of bright raspberry underscored by notes of sandalwood and spices. This wine has coating tannin and a fine acidic structure. It is best served with roasted meats, grilled poultry or aged cheeses. Open and decant one hour prior to drinking.
